For us, sustainable development is an ongoing, never-ending process that encompasses the Company's social as well as business performance, our use of resources and the number of jobs and amount of training we provide. This has far-reaching consequences for our day-to-day operations.
It's important to us that our employees develop resource-conserving processes and innovative, sophisticated products. But our commitment extends far beyond our core business. A wide range of projects in the area of education, such as our cooperation with various universities and our involvement in the "Jugend forscht" youth science competition, are just as much part of sustainable development as our support for cultural, sporting and social activities.
