25th Rhine-Ruhr Marathon in Duiburg
On Sunday, June 1, 2008, the starter's gun sounded to signal the beginning of the 25th Rhine-Ruhr marathon. Also taking place were the 9th inline marathon and the 7th Rhine-Ruhr half-marathon.
ThyssenKrupp's own team competition was as much a tradition as the Rhine-Ruhr marathon itself.
